As a 100% Vegetarian Bakery our customers can be confident we never handle meat or fish products on site.
Our recipes have been painstakingly tried and adapted from our earliest years as bakers to achieve outstanding vegan products and we are dedicated to regularly adding contemporary Vegan choices to our menu to meet the demand for quality, artisan vegan baking.
We recognise that there is a real demand for Vegan Gluten Free products and bake a unique selection of traditional and contemporary cakes to meet this demand. Quality and consistency is vital to us at Coburn and Baker and achieving high standards of taste, texture and stability in Vegan Gluten Free Baking takes time and skill. All our Gluten Free items are made in our dedicated Gluten Free Room. The equipment, ingredients and ovens are all kept separately and our gluten free items are regularly tested by independent laboratories to confirm the absence of gluten. Eggs and Milk are used frequently on site and due to our Artisan working environment there may be traces of these allergens in all our products. This means our products unfortunately are not suitable for those with serious food allergies.
