1. General Usage & Liability

The content of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk. This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us (including design and graphics). Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice. Your use of this website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales.

2. Ordering & Delivery

We currently deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays to Brighton, Hove, and the surrounding areas. The minimum order value and any applicable delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Cut-offs

  • Standard Products: Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (midday), at least one day prior to the scheduled delivery day.
  • Occasion Cakes: Due to the bespoke nature of our cakes, orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (midday), at least three days prior to the scheduled delivery day.

3. Cancellations & Amendments

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations must be made before the relevant order cut-off time (12:00 PM, 1-3 days prior to delivery depending on the product). Cancellations made after the cut-off time may not be eligible for a refund as the production process will have already begun.


4. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products (including bread, pastries, and cakes), we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description, and photographic evidence. If a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Square. We do not store your credit card or payment information on our servers. You will receive an email confirmation once your payment has been successful.
