3. Labelling & Product Tracking
To help clients manage risk, we divide our packaging and labelling into two distinct protocols:
Individually Labelled Products
Every cake, sweet slice, tart, and loaf of sliced bread carries an individual label listing specific, relevant ingredients and allergen information.
Loose / Unlabelled Products
For loose artisan items where individual labels aren’t structurally possible (e.g., individual loose bread rolls or certain pastries), allergen tables and detailed ingredient lists are available strictly on demand.
4. Specialised Diet Categories
While cross-contamination risks exist, our shop specifically segments products into three distinct dietary alternative menus for lifestyle choices or milder sensitivities:
- Vegan Range: Egg and dairy-free formulations.
- Gluten-Free Range: Made without gluten-containing ingredients.
- Gluten-Free Vegan Range: Combined dietary parameters.
