1. General Ordering Rules
The following rules apply to all orders placed via our public shop:
- Minimum Order: A strict £20 minimum order value is required for both delivery and collection.
- Payment: All orders must be placed and paid for entirely in advance. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
2. Collection Information (Click & Collect)
Public collections are managed directly from our main bakery hub in Brighton.
Collection Details
Location: Unit 9.2, The Hyde, Auckland Drive, Brighton, BN2 4JE (Directly opposite Fun Plex).
Window: 10:00am to 4:00pm, 7 days a week.
Cut-off: Orders must be placed and paid for by 1:00pm the day before.
3. Public Home & Doorstep Delivery
We provide “Doorstep Delivery Boxes” and public shop deliveries to specific regions across Sussex on designated days.
Delivery Schedule
- Brighton & Hove: Tuesday to Saturday (9:00am – 1:00pm).
- Horsham & Shoreham: Tuesday to Saturday.
- Arundel: Wednesdays only.
- Southwater & Broadbridge Heath: Thursdays only.
Timing: We aim to deliver by 11:00am on weekdays and by 12:00pm on Saturdays. Please bear with us on busy days as routes can occasionally push past midday.
Special Online Cake Deadlines
- Wednesday Delivery: Order before 2:00pm on Sunday.
- Saturday Delivery: Order before 2:00pm on Wednesday.
4. Wholesale & Registered Trade Customers
Wholesale accounts follow distinct ordering parameters based on geographic location.
Brighton & Hove (Wholesale)
Minimum Order: £5 for free delivery.
Ordering: Before 2:00pm daily for next-day delivery. For Sunday delivery, order before 2:00pm Friday. (No orders processed Saturdays).
Cakes & Pastries: Order by Sunday 2:00pm for Tuesday afternoon, or Wednesday 2:00pm for Friday afternoon.
Rest of Sussex (Wholesale)
Minimum Order: £10 for free delivery.
Ordering: Before 2:00pm daily for next-day delivery. Sunday delivery must be verified with the office.
Cakes & Pastries: Order by Sunday 2:00pm for Wednesday delivery, or Wednesday 2:00pm for Saturday delivery.
5. Returns & Contact
Due to the perishable nature of our items, no physical returns are accepted. Refunds are issued for damages or missed items.
