- Unless stated all our cake products contain DAIRY, EGGS, GLUTEN
- EGGS, MILK, NUTS, SESAME and SOY are used frequently on site so there may be traces of these allergens in all our products. This means our products unfortunately are not suitable for those with serious food allergies.
We can supply individual allergen information for all our products to every customer. Our products have detailed labels listing relevant allergens where appropriate. All cakes, slices, tarts, cheesecakes and sliced breads carry individual labels. For products such as unsliced loaves, bread rolls and loose patisserie and savouries where individual labels are not possible: allergen tables and detailed ingredients lists for our products are available can be regularly mailed to our customers to be used as reference where necessary.
